Shipping and Insurance of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via our carrier with a tracking number and delivered against signature. We send you a link to track your package online. The Package is insured up to the amount of the transaction. This insurance is taken into account in the calculation of shipping costs.
We recommend that you group all of your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately. Your articles are properly protected.
WARNING: Outside the European Union, customs duties apply. These customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer payable at the time of delivery. Each item is declared at its exact amount, no exceptions will be made. We thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept orders to be delivered to the country or countries identified during the Order Process. Please note that we do not deliver to certain addresses, such as military complexes, certain restricted areas, collection points or PO boxes. Returns
If you are a customer established in the European Union or in the European Economic Area, you have a legal right of withdrawal. It is fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. Note that this right to cancel the contract within 14 days is specific to the online store. To benefit from this right, you just have to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period. You don't have to give any justification.
To cancel the contract and return the product (s), please contact us and follow the instructions given to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Our products must be returned in new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all the protective materials intact and the labels and stickers affixed (if applicable), as well as the original box and delivery package, accessories. and documents included. We reserve the right not to accept returns if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition or, alternatively, to reduce the amount of any refund or exchange applicable accordingly.
