Techniques and Crafts:

Aventurine is hand carved by our talented lapidary and glyptician artisan using diamond tools. The setting of the "Eternal Hope" pendant is first sculpted in wax, then made in Argentium using the ancestral technique of lost wax casting. Each stage of creation, from sculpture to foundry, from setting to polishing, is carried out on our premises.

Symbolism of the Scarab:

• Ancient Egypt : The scarab was the symbol of the solar cycle as well as resurrection. It represented the sun which is reborn by itself, symbolizing the principle of eternal return and was worn as an amulet. (CHGH)
